I broke my back a number of years ago. After rejecting spinal fusion I went in search of a non-surgical repair.

Encouragement from my Sports Physic daughter and a brilliant Pilates teacher I regained spinal flexibility and core strength. I then resumed my chosen sport addiction, dressage. With my new found body awareness gained training as a Pilates teacher I became more interested in body movement and flexibility for both horse and rider .

After a chance meeting and inspiring treatment with Emmett Therapist Ann-Katrin Fischer I enrolled in Emmett 4 Horses delivered by Gayle Jewson and Rebecca Cooper.

I am now an Emmett Practitioner and love how I can release muscles to enable the horse to move happily and to the best of it's ability.

Emmett Therapy and Pilates is a perfect partnership, complementing each modality to create a safe, happy place for horses and their riders to revel in their lives together.
